Q. How can I get my art to you?
You can email your artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org, or if it is too large to email, please send it via wetransfer.com.
Q. Can I order custom magnets in quantities of less than 2,500?
We do offer magnets in quantities less than 2,500 pieces; however they must fit into one of our stock sizes. If you have a specific request, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q. How long do custom magnets take to produce?
Standard production time on stock sizes is seven business days after artwork approval is received. For custom magnets, those are produced on a press run and the production time varies based on the other orders that will go on the run. Please advise your event date and we will make sure that we can meet it.
Q. How long does shipping take?
We manufacture in San Diego, California. Our standard carrier is UPS for ground shipments, and R&L or XPO for freight shipments.
Q. Will I get a proof?
Yes, all orders will receive proofs for approval prior to production.
